Dana Johnson is Broker and Owner of Home Team Real Estate LLC.
Dana holds designations as an Accredited Buyer Representative (the first in East Texas), a Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate REALTOR® Institute, Seniors Real Estate Specialist (one of a very few) and e-PRO.
She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Texas at Dallas. Continuing education is very important to Dana as she strives to serve each client with the utmost care and professionalism.
Dana’s leadership skills have been recognized by the Greater Tyler Association of Realtors. She has served as Chairman of the Education Committee, Member of the Board, Vice President, President-Elect, and 2003 President of the Association. Dana is one of the founding members of the East Texas CRS and is current 2005 Area Representative to the state. Dana’s community involvement currently includes serving the Chamber of Commerce on the Senior Resource Development Committee.
With 16 years of corporate experience with IBM where she was a Marketing Manager prior to entering real estate in 1993, Dana has first hand experience with “relocations.” She was moved several times between states, with assignments in large cities, suburbs, and small towns. She knows few times in life are more trying than moving.
Dana’s experience in management has taught her to value others’ time. She won’t waste yours. She is expert at using the latest technology to assist in buying and selling decisions. Her corporate responsibilities for marketing have given her the keen insight of a top negotiator. Her integrity and love of people are by far her greatest attributes. Dana’s clients inevitably become friends.
